Chorus — Delete Your Account

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Chorus – All AI, One Place (com.aihub.app) is provided by AIHUB. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Chorus and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete Account and All Data.
  3. Type DELETE and re-enter your Chorus password, or confirm with Google if that is how you signed in.
  4. Select Delete My Account and wait for confirmation.

If your email is not verified and you cannot reach Settings, use Delete This Account on the verification screen.

Deletion cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep from Settings → Backup & Restore before deleting. Exported backups exclude API keys and contain readable workspace text.

Request deletion without the app

Email getaihubapp@gmail.com from the address used for your Chorus account, with the subject Delete My Chorus Account. State that you want your Chorus account deleted. Do not send a password, API key, identity document or payment information. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting to protect the account.

If you no longer control that email address, contact the same support address and explain the access problem without sending credentials. Uninstalling Chorus removes local app data from that device but does not itself delete your Firebase account; use the in-app action or email request as well.

What deletion removes

The in-app process deletes your Firebase Authentication account, including its account email and identifier, and removes that account's local records on the device performing deletion. These records include saved chats and attachments, connections and stored keys, notes, projects, prompts, assistants, knowledge text, memories, usage records, Lens captures, Mini Tools, Councils, decision records and Radar watches. Android Radar checks are stopped and its native watch cache is cleared.

AIHUB does not keep a separate cloud copy of your saved workspace. Local record removal takes effect during the in-app deletion process; the Firebase account is removed when authentication deletion succeeds. If the app reports a partial failure, follow the displayed retry or support instructions. There is no additional AIHUB retention period for a deleted local workspace or successfully deleted account record.

An email deletion request removes the account record after ownership verification. We cannot remotely wipe your phone's local files. Uninstall Chorus or remove its app data on every device where you used the account. Non-personal device preferences such as appearance can remain until app data is removed.

Submitted AI safety reports

Versions with Report AI Content remove reports associated with your account from Cloud Firestore before deleting the authentication account and local workspace. Reports contain only the selected excerpt, reason, optional comment, account ID, screen/model identifiers, app version, request identifier and submission time. If report cleanup fails, the account and local workspace remain available so you can retry; some reports may already have been removed. No automatic attachment of other chats, API keys or files is included in a report.

If you delete using an older app version or request deletion by email, ask AIHUB to remove your submitted reports as well. We remove them after verifying account ownership. Report records are separate from local chat history, so deleting only an original conversation does not remove a report you previously submitted.

Copies and services outside Chorus

Account deletion does not revoke keys in provider dashboards, delete data retained by AI/search providers, remove exported backups or other files, or erase copies you shared. Revoke keys and use those services' deletion controls separately. A source quote retained inside another local record must also be deleted if you remove only its original item.

Google's authentication and ML Kit services may retain technical records under their applicable policies and obligations. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to process your request and meet applicable obligations; it is separate from the app's local workspace. See the Chorus Privacy Policy for the data handled by these services.
